Co-Managing Director
Kim Nguyen brings more than three decades of leadership in manufacturing, business management, and property development. Over the past 30 years, he has successfully operated multiple factories in Vietnam, employing hundreds of staff and serving a diverse international customer base. Kim has guided all major business functions – from strategic planning and operations to recruitment and financial stewardship – driving sustained growth and excellence across his companies.
Beyond manufacturing, Kim is an active property developer and investor, with a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and industrial assets. His long‑term vision and hands‑on leadership approach continue to underpin the success of each venture.
Kim is also a committed philanthropist. He regularly contributes to funding medical operations for disadvantaged children, supports aged‑care homes, and donates to youth‑focused charities. Deeply dedicated to personal growth and positive impact, he advocates for living as the best version of yourself – and believes that if you can be anything in the world, it is best to be kind.
Michael Cradock
Co-Managing Director
Michael Cradock is an investment and advisory leader with over 25 years’ experience across finance, property, infrastructure and real‑asset strategy. His career spans the UK and Australia, beginning at KPMG London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and extending through senior roles in PwC, private capital, real‑asset development, and institutional‑grade property investment.
Michael has led complex investment and development projects across both public and private sectors, including managing $400M+ in property investments for international investors, delivering long‑term infrastructure strategies within a $2B asset portfolio, and advising high‑net‑worth and institutional clients on development feasibility, capital structuring and governance. Known for clarity, analytical depth and relationship leadership, he brings a disciplined institutional approach to the origination, structuring and stewardship of horizontal housing communities.
